These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PipBack, including the website, account system, futures prop firm dashboard, comparison pages, evaluation tools, platform status pages, and related content. By using PipBack, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of the Service

PipBack provides information, research tools, comparisons, account features, and related resources for futures prop firm traders. PipBack is not a prop firm, broker, exchange, or trading platform.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our own security failure.

3. Dashboard, Tools, and Content

PipBack may offer firm comparison tables, recommendation flows, evaluation planning tools, platform status tracking, and account-based features. These tools are provided for informational and planning purposes only. We do not guarantee that any specific firm, challenge, platform, or offer will remain available or unchanged.

4. Third-Party Firms, Purchases, and Offers

PipBack may display third-party firm data, discounts, promo codes, or partner offers. Any purchase you make with a third-party firm is a transaction between you and that firm, not PipBack. Availability, pricing, rules, and redemption terms are controlled by the third party.

PipBack does not currently operate a rebate, refund-sharing, or cash reward program. Historic references on archived materials, third-party captures, or old user content do not create a current entitlement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use PipBack in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, admin areas, or internal systems.
• Copy, scrape, automate, or republish substantial portions of the site without permission.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.
• Submit false information, impersonate another person, or abuse support channels.

6. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

PipBack content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating any prop firm, challenge, or purchase decision yourself.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, PipBack and its content, branding, design, software, and original materials are owned by PipBack or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them except as permitted by law or with written permission.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, remove, or change parts of the service at any time, including product features, firm listings, page content, and eligibility requirements for account access.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to PipBack if we believe you have violated these terms, posed a security risk, submitted false information, or misused the platform.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

PipBack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on third-party firms or offers.
