Consistency Rules
- EOD –
- Evaluation – 50% consistency requirement, meaning that a single day’s profits cannot exceed 50% of the total profits.
- Funded – 30% consistency requirement, meaning that a single day’s profits cannot exceed 30% of the total profits.
- Instant –
- 20% consistency requirement, meaning that a single day’s profits cannot exceed 20% of the total profits.
- Sprint –
- Evaluation – No consistency rule.
- Funded – 30% consistency requirement, meaning that a single day’s profits cannot exceed 30% of the total profits.
- Pro
- Evaluation – 50% consistency requirement, meaning that a single day’s profits cannot exceed 50% of the total profits.
- Funded – No consistency rule.
Firm Rules
- Inactivity Rule – If no trades are placed on an Evaluation or Simulated Funded Accounts for 15 consecutive days, it will lead to a breach.
- If you are unable to trade for a period of time, must notify the support team in advance. There are no refunds and breached accounts cannot be reinstated.
- Maximum Profit Per Day (All Funded Accounts) – Profit is capped at 5% per day. If this is exceeded, an automatic cutoff is applied.
- News Trading –
- No restrictions during the evaluation phase.
- On the funded phase (all accounts), you cannot open positions 2 minutes before or after a schedule high impact news driver.
- You are permitted to hold open positions through news.
- If you trade during the restricted timeframe profits generated are deducted.
- Overnight Holding Rule – Positions cannot be held overnight or over the weekend. All positions must be closed before the end of the trading session.
- Microscalping Rule – Any profits generated from a trade closed within 2 minutes of opening the trade will be deducted from the account.
- Scaling Rule (on All Funded Accounts) – Every 15 calendar days, if you account balance has grown by 2.5%, you are eligible for a scaling upgrade:
- +1 mini contract of leverage.
- +500 added to max drawdown.
- Maximum Scaling: 9 / 90 – 120 micros
- Daily Loss Limit –
- EOD – No DLL on Evaluation. On the Funded stage it 2.5% but it would constitute a soft breach.
- Instant – 3% DLL. Soft breach if you go below this.
- Sprint – No DLL.
- Pro – No DLL.

Yes, a reset fee varies based on the plan, but this is possible.
Depending on the plan, each payout cycle requires a certain criteria to be met before you are eligible for a payout. After a payout, these reset, and you must once again meet the criteria in order to be eligible for a payout.
The use of fully automated or hands-free trading solutions is prohibited on all accounts. Semi-automated trading, however, is acceptable as long as the trader is actively monitoring and manually managing trades.
Weekend holding is not allowed.
