- Minimum Trading Days (on evaluation) – 1 day to pass on evaluations.
- Trade Close-Out Timing – All trades must be closed before 4:59PM ET.

- News Trading Rule – Allowed for your normal trading strategy. Placing orders on both sides during news, however, is prohibited.
- Daily Loss Limit – Soft breach. Applies on PA Accounts and on the EOD Evaluation.
- Total Limit of 20 Active PA Accounts across all people in the same house, companies and connections as well as across all trading platforms offered on Apex Trader Funding. Can be in any combination of our choice.
- Copy trading is allowed under your personal name and business name. The hedging rule still applies meaning that all accounts must trade in the same direction on correlated assets.

General Payout Policy
- Minimum Trading Days – 5 Tradings Days with Minimum Daily Profit.
- Does not have to be consecutive.
- Consistency Rule – 50% Consistency, a single day’s profits cannot exceed 50% of total profits.
- Safety Net Requirement – Only profits above the safety net is eligible for a requested payout:

- Minimum Payout Amount – $500 per request

Very bad support, bought a account in a promotion period where the pa fee was 10 usd. When i got the account the live data werent working and i wrote to support that i didnt have live data. I didnt get any help regarding the live data but instead they said i needed to verify myself. I then wrote again two times where they gave me the live data the third time. But this was 7 days after the promotion ended. Very convinient give me the data 7 days after snd where the pa fee is now 65 usd. No chance to get the 10 usd pa fee when you dont get the chance to trade even tho support was notified. 0 stars if it were possible.

Be aware from this Company ! My wife bought some accounts when the PA account fee was 6 dollers and she passed these account yesterday. Today she wanted to pay the PA fees and she was very surprised to see that they asked to pay 125 dollers. She wrote to them and they asked the screen shot . She have sended the screen shot after they wrote this offer is ended now you have to pay new fees . Normally when we buy any account and the same time we sign the contract and this contract should apply not the new condition.These people are really not honest at all .

Apex has the worst rules of any of the prop firms. They do allow 20 accounts which is really the only pro. They do pay if you follow their rules. My issue with them is that they suspend accounts without any reason under the guise of evaluating you for a live account. Their CEO admittedly said they only have a "handful" of traders who are live without being able to articulate a number or estimate. In all the social groups, NO ONE is a live trader. You will be asked to send videos, details of your trading plan, and a lot of time-wasting activities which no other firm requests. That's why there are rules. It's pretty simple. They purposely ban people who are trading well and making money. Other firms have clear rules and don't ban you or discriminate. Be sure to not put all your eggs in one basket. Proceed with caution if you do business with them

I’ve been an Apex customer for a while and had my account placed “under review” about 6 months ago. Since then, I’ve submitted multiple support tickets but haven’t received a single response or update. I’m not sure if this is a technical issue or if my case was overlooked, but I would really appreciate clarification.

They brought in a 2 factor authentication which in no way works. I have downloaded the app, entered the codes, but they dont work. I just need to get into the account to cancel everything so I don't get billed again, but cant access the account because their 2 factor authentication DOES NOT WORK. I am being held hostage by them as I cant access the account. this is criminal. just let me cancel. I started a 50K evaluation in September.
I made it to a PA account trading nasdaq and took the balance to over 60K.
My first payout was denied due to a soft rule breach but since then I have now taken two lots of 2000 dollar payouts and am close to taking a third.
So far I am very happy with the experience and I can say I think the drawdown rules have actually made me a better trader.
My style is scalping (average trade is only a minute or two) and I think that is suited to the Apex rules as you don't want to get caught with any significant drawdowns, but if you can take profits quickly and get out of losers even quicker then it is possible to make it work. Good luck and may discipline be with you if you want to try Apex out.

On Friday 28th November there was major outage relating to CME data which caused issues relating to trading futures and trading was halted. Once the issue was resolved Apex gave the all clear to start trading again which I did. However whilst I was trading 18 evaluation accounts and 7 PA accounts there was glitch which was giving incorrect entries, but in the favour of myself and each account made approximately $8000 dollars and my PA accounts $1200 dollars. I didn't think anything of it as I figured it would get sorted as they would usually just roll back your account. However on the Monday Apex decided it would be easier to simply remove all the profits from all my accounts and leave the trailing stop value. Doing this instantly makes all of my accounts blown because my account did have a balance of $266K and stop of $260K, this now makes my balance $258K meaning I have gone past my stop level, which I had not. I had just renewed these accounts so all this money is wasted. Also now my PA accounts stop has been reduced by the $1200 dollars as well. The support ticket has gone radio silence so no one wants to contact me, the last correspondance was stating how I hade exceeded my stop level. There is nothing I can do, they are modern day theives, they take your money and you cannot do anything about it. The owner should be in prison the way they just steal peoples money like this.

Worst experience ever. I was at 6th payout from an PA account. After this, I just left an small buffer, which just blowed because of a bad day (I think every trader do this). After blowed the account, they banned me and didn't answer after 10 emails, no answer, no reason, no nothing. Worst support, worst prop firm ever with worst rules ever. Never ever I will not trade for a firm like this. I think a explination was good to my situation, but how I say, more prop's with good rules out there!
