Consistency Rules
- Evaluation Phase (Beginner Plan) – 40%. No single trading day can account for over 40% of your profits.
- Funded Phase (Beginner and Standard) – 40%. No single trading day can account for over 40% of your profits.
- Instant Accounts – 20%. No single trading day can account for over 20% of your profits.
Firm Rules
- News Trading – Cannot open or hold any positions or pending orders two minutes before/after Tier 1 Data Releases. Trading is also not permitted during any red folder news events as identified on ForexFactory.com
- 2% Price Limit Rule – Prohibit trading within 2% of a CME Price Limit. Price Limits can be found here: https://www.cmegroup.com/trading/price-limits.html
- Overnight Trading Rule – All trades automatically close when the market closes. There is no overnight or weekend holding allowed.
- Scaling Plan – This applies only to AquaFutures Funded Accounts, where the amount of leverage you have access to depends on your account balance. This applies to all open positions and not per individual position. Profits are calculated on an EOD-basis.

General Policies

Note: A $35 processing fee is deducted from your first reward every month, regardless of how many rewards your request.
Payout Processing Time
- Payments processed within 24 business hours, or $500 added to payment.
KYC
- For standard and beginner accounts, KYC is completed prior to payout eligibility.
- On Instant Funded accounts, KYC happens at the time of the first payout request.
