Monthly review brief
Most reviews praise named support agents who fix missed promo codes, missing credits and accidental resets within minutes, and traders describe payouts landing the same day. The complaints are fewer but serious: accounts closed over opposite-position flags, disputed order execution, firm-initiated purchase bans, and the switch to intraday trailing drawdown once funded.

Missed promo codes refunded by support
RecurringTraders who bought an evaluation without entering the promo code, or whose code failed, report that support refunded the difference, and several say an activation credit or fee waiver was added. Reviewers describe these fixes as quick, sometimes within minutes; one reviewer was told a refund would take several working days to reach the bank.

Read the review at the sourceAgents restore accounts after mistaken resets

Read the review at the sourceMissing Pro credits and PRO+ placement fixed on request
RecurringTraders whose activation credit was missing, or whose Pro conversion did not happen after passing, say agents issued the credit or converted the account manually. One reviewer placed in PRO+ Development reports a manual review that moved them to standard PRO+.

Accounts closed over opposite-position trades
RecurringTwo traders report accounts closed after the firm flagged opposite positions: one says passed accounts were closed for counter trading and support refused a human review; another says an accidental sell on the wrong account during a platform reconnection led to an overnight breach that wiped the day's profits. A third reviewer says a copytrade reversal can disable all copied accounts. The firm's reply to one cites CME wash-trading rules.
I just passed two more accounts with them, and was excited again until getting an email saying they were closed and a third account as well for counter trading
Why this review is included: Direct report of closures for counter trading.
What it supports: Accounts closed after a counter-trading flag.

Read the review at the sourceOrder rejections, skipped stops and poor fills
RecurringSeveral traders blame execution for losses: one reports rejected orders followed by an unexpected losing trade and says support could not accept screenshots; one says a stop loss was skipped and support called it trader error; another says pressing close opened an opposite trade. Others mention heavy stop slippage and worse fills on Pro accounts than in evaluation. The firm says its audits found no anomalies in the cases it replied to.

Read the review at the sourceFunding ended or new purchases banned after review
RecurringSeveral traders report the firm ended the relationship or barred new purchases: one after poor performance without a major rule violation, one after a denied payout and account closure, one after a shared-device flag following months of payment restrictions, one after a fraud-related chargeback, and one placed on a soft ban. Reviewers say explanations were generic. The firm disputes the denied-payout reviewer's figures in its reply.
Rather than receiving any warning, guidance, or opportunity to demonstrate that I could adapt, I received the email below informing me that they were ending our relationship as funding partners.
Why this review is included: Detailed account of a firm-initiated end to funding.

Read the review at the sourceIntraday trailing drawdown once funded
RecurringTraders object that the evaluation uses an end-of-day drawdown while funded PRO accounts trail intraday. Two say this was not made clear and cost them; others, including satisfied reviewers, ask for it to be removed or changed. The firm says the structure is intentional and documented.
the rules are not always laid out, for example, during sim its EOD drawdown, but once you get funded its intraday trailing!!!
Why this review is included: States the switch and the clarity complaint.
What it supports: Drawdown type changes between evaluation and funded stage.

Read the review at the sourcePRO+ Development cuts contracts and drawdown
RecurringTraders moved to PRO+ Development say it reduced contract size and drawdown; one says they keep paying for a larger account than the parameters they receive, and another failed accounts after the switch. What it supports: Reviewer reports paying for parameters not provided.
Read the review at the sourceFunded account closed for inactivity without warning
ReportedOne reviewer says their funded account was closed for inactivity with no warning email, that support's reply felt tactless, and that support never mentioned they could withdraw half the balance; they later did so and were paid the same day.
I had my funded account closed for inactivity. It had $1,000 balance on it and 30 consecutive winning days.
Why this review is included: Single reviewer's account of the closure.
What it supports: Funded account closed for inactivity with a balance.
Read the review at the sourceRefunds refused for renewal and platform mismatch
RecurringOne trader says a renewal was charged on an account deactivated the same day and a same-day refund request was refused. Another says supported platforms changed overnight, leaving a purchased evaluation unusable, and a refund was refused; the firm replies that the platform was never supported and the refund moved to a chargeback process.
At time of renewal the account didn’t start over but my account was deactivated.
Why this review is included: Renewal charge dispute.
What it supports: Renewal charged around a deactivation.

Reviews describing a payout problem
One reviewer reports a denied payout with account closure and a purchase ban. One says only half of a closed account's balance could be withdrawn and support did not mention the option. One finds the profit threshold before a first payout steep, and one dislikes the share deducted from withdrawals.
Most timing claims are same day: seconds, minutes, under an hour, or a few hours. One reviewer says the firm paid promptly to PayPal but moving funds from PayPal to their bank took days.

The most disputed rules are intraday trailing drawdown on funded accounts, opposite-position and counter-trading enforcement, inactivity closure without warning, PRO+ Development limits, and firm discretion to end funding or bar purchases. Many other reviewers call the rules simple and clear.

October's average rating is slightly above September's, with five-star reviews still making up most of the month. Reviews still praise payouts and support, while complaints centre on closures, bans, execution and drawdown rules; the figures alone do not show whether those complaint themes are new.
