What a great "Support" team FundedNext right away after I message them today my problem regarding on I deleted already the Account link in the old Authenticator App and uninstall it without transferring my link account to my New Authenticator app that why I can't log in in my fundednext account because I didn't have Authenticator Code. They Immediately responded and give me details on what should I do. That's why I resolve it with their Immediately response. Funded Next Support Team one the best in the industry.

My $50,000 account was banned due to an alleged margin issue, even though I consistently traded with a fixed 1.5 lot size. I passed both phases using the exact same strategy and lot size without any problems. However, after passing, my account was suddenly banned based on what appear to be hidden rules that are only enforced once you succeed. No clear or transparent explanation was provided. This experience is extremely disappointing and unfair.

I am new to the world of funded account and I loved the FundedNext platform due to its easy to use user interface and customer support promptness which helped me a lot as beginner.

I am disappointed with them. I have always been a loyal customer, yet they refused to give me a 10% discount on a $50,000 account. Their behavior shows a lack of professionalism and consideration, likely because their audience has grown, which seems to make their response equal to zero—very poor. I am dissatisfied because they do not offer discounts to long-term clients. Each operator communicates differently. I requested a 10% discount for a 50K account through 1-Step, but they refused and instead suggested I enable other plans. When I declined, they said they could give a 10% discount, which would make it $400. I explained that I could only afford $330. Despite the inconsistency among operators, all of them ultimately denied my request. I believe that while they may offer discounts to attract new clients, they will not offer any discounts to restore an account if an existing client loses it. I experienced a trade with significant slippage. After contacting support and providing the required trade details, the issue was reviewed and the balance was fully adjusted. The communication was clear, and the support team handled the case professionally until it was resolved.

I had a Server lost while in the trade position on Gold, due to which I had loss of 700usd.. after following investigation by Zeke and other team members issue has been resolved though it didn't covered my entire loss but they adjusted my balance with 300usd.. The first time I felt that there was something really good about this place was when I was just $30 away from reaching my target. I wondered why I was still $30 short—maybe it was due to slippage or a calculation error. On that first day, I had already made a profit of $2,971. It was too late at that point, so after I calculated everything, I went to sleep. When I woke up, I was still $30 short of my target. In the end, after my operations, it was probably also a matter of mindset! I had been losing over $1,940, and when I thought my account was finished, on the third day there was still over $900 of stop-loss left. I think if I were at another company, there would basically be no stop-loss buffer for me to continue trading, which is why I believe FN is the best.

I am writing this review to share my personal experience with FundedNext so other traders can make an informed decision. My funded account (Login: 13821521) was terminated for alleged copy trading, despite the fact that no execution-level proof was ever provided and the evidence shared by FundedNext did not support the accusation. What happened: FundedNext accused me of copy trading based on “similar trading behavior.” I fully cooperated and provided a detailed explanation of my strategy (manual trading, trend-following, OB/FVG entries, 15-minute confirmation). I carefully reviewed the PDF evidence they provided, which showed: different lot sizes different entry prices different execution times These facts directly contradict copy trading under any objective definition. Despite pointing out these inconsistencies clearly and professionally, my explanations were never technically addressed. Major concern: Instead of providing proof, FundedNext relied on vague statements such as: “holistic behavioral analysis” “proprietary systems” “we are not required to disclose methodologies” This means the trader has no way to verify or defend themselves, even when the provided evidence does not match the accusation. Escalation ignored: I escalated the matter properly and included senior management, executives, and the CEO in the email correspondence. Despite this, the concerns were ignored, and the decision was simply declared “final and non-negotiable.” This gave me the strong impression that once FundedNext decides they no longer want a trader on the platform, the outcome is predetermined, regardless of explanations or contradictions in the evidence. Final outcome: Account permanently terminated Profits confiscated No reinstatement No transparent explanation My honest opinion: This experience shows that FundedNext operates with absolute discretion, where traders can be removed based on internal models that are never explained or proven. If you trade popular instruments like XAUUSD, especially during NY session, be aware that similar strategies alone can put your account at risk, even if you are trading independently and manually. I am sharing this as my personal experience and opinion, not as an accusation — but I strongly advise traders to think carefully before working with FundedNext.

Funded next is easily climbing to the top of my prop firms to use. I have gotten payouts with them and the longest one was about 6 hours until the money was in my bank account. One major thing I can say about them is during the 10 hour CME outage I was in a trade and was unable to exit. I messaged the team right away and when the market re opened I lost my funded account. Funded Nexts team looked into my case and re issued my my funded account due to the issue being in CME outage not my own mistakes.
